Absences

Please advise the school office before 8.45am if a child is going to be absent.

Communications

As we are an Enviroschool, all of our school newsletters will be sent out electronically via Educa.  We also regularly communicate via our Facebook group.   If you wish to join our facebook group, search for Fergusson Intermediate Official Group and send a request. If you wish to join Educa, please email amcphie@fergusson.school.nz and a link will be sent to you.

Stationery Sales

Additional stationery can be purchased from the school office before 9am each morning. At the beginning of  the school year, stationery packs will also be available.  Find out more included recommended stationery items on our stationery page.

Optional BYOD Device – our preferred device is a Chromebook, available separately from a variety of sources. Find out more about BYOD at Fergusson on our e-Learning Page.

Fees & Donations

If you wish to make one off or regular payments by internet – our account is : ASB 12-3142-0263715-00 (Fergusson Intermediate BOT). Please state family name/and what payment is for.  We also have eftpos available at the office.

Lost Property

We ask that all clothing is clearly named. Any clothing that cannot be returned to its owner is placed in lost property boxes or racks in each area of the school.

Bicycles & Scooters

Parents should be certain that their children understand the road rules and are competent in what is frequently very heavy traffic before allowing them to ride to school. It is suggested that bikes & scooters are padlocked in the bike cage while at school.
