In Robotics Year 7 students learn to recognise the computer science principles in digital technologies and learn to develop instructions (code) to control these technologies.

Students learn to understand that digital systems and applications are created for humans by humans and develop knowledge and skills in using programming languages and robotics.

Students have the opportunity to design, adapt and construct robots and understand the fundamentals of electronics and mechanisms and how these can be brought to life with created programmes. Students will identify ways how robotics can improve environmental issues and human lives.
